Refund policy

RETURNS

  1.  We do only size exchange once for all orders. Items once sold are not taken back. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (We do not have a reverse pick up facility ), as any returned items that https://www.sarasthelabel.com/ does not receive will be treated as not returned. Purchase made During SALE is Not eligible for any return or exchange.
  2.  Return requests are accepted within 48 hrs only.
  3. Only unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged products, with all their labels and tags completely intact, are in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
  4. Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel, along with the size needed.
  5. Lehenga's and Anarkali's are non Returnable. ( if there is a mismatch of colour as shown on the website, we will exchange the product)
